New Year’s in NYC.

If you are spending New Year’s Even in NYC, don’t be a tool and go to Times Square. Allie Moss and The Flux Capacitors are playing a show and here are a few reasons why it’s better than waiting to watch the ball drop.

1. It’s indoors where there’s heat.

2. You can go to the bathroom whenever you want.

3. You’ll be standing in a very small room instead of a very small fenced off pen.

4. Allie Moss (accompanied by myself, Chris Kuffner, and Lauren Zettler) plays at 8pm.

5. Bess Rogers and The Flux Capacitors (featuring Dan Romer, Chris Kuffner, Adam Christgau and other special guests) play at 9pm.

6. No one will puke on you (unless you want them to).

7. It’s fucking cold out there!

8. I’ll be wearing a big poofy dress with enormous shoulders.
